WorkGuardAi was founded in October 2023 by Endrit Kola with a simple observation: the construction industry — one of the world's largest — was still managing multi-million euro projects with spreadsheets, phone calls, and manual site visits.
With a background spanning commercial sales, international startups, digital products, and the EMEA telecoms region, Endrit set out to build an AI monitoring platform that removes the manual burden from site managers entirely — giving infrastructure businesses real-time visibility from a single dashboard.
Supported by LUT University, Helsinki Incubators, the University of Helsinki, and Interreg EU funding, WorkGuardAi has grown from an idea into a working MVP with its first pilot project underway with ANK Construction Company.
